House is close to ceres ca in Hughson,
In a new built neighborhood.
Electricity, internet, access to washer nd dryer.
Access to kitchen can be discussed(light cooking ) .
Parking on street.
Deposit $
Rent needs to be paid upfront before moving in.
Access to backyard, bbq etc.
will be sharing bathroom with other tenant in other room,
Other tenant very quiet keeps things clean and tidy.

I am looking for a person with proof of income that is in need of a safe quiet space to call home. No evictions, felony, drug, pet, or drama.
