One bedroom upstairs with freshly painted walls, new curtains, along with a new ceiling fan\light. Newly installed floor in your hallway bathroom. Your bathroom will be shared with one room, along with the upstairs living room. The laundry room is upstairs as well.

There is a nice sized backyard and patio with a fire pit.

There will be a shelf reserved for you in the pantry, fridge, and freezer.
We ask that you clean the kitchen after using it and to wash your dishes.
Proper kitchen etiquette.
We have brand new kitchen counters, backsplash, and a reverse osmosis system.

We are all about keeping the shared spaces clean and sanitized.

I have two friendly big dogs. And two parakeets downstairs in the living room.
We do smoke weed in the home. Not cigarettes.

Also there will be one parking space reserved for you in the driveway.
