The room is spacious and furnished with a double bed, a desk, a chair, a coffee table and a wardrobe.
Room has window that opens
Private basement entry, separate from main floor.
Brand new dishwasher, new fridge and new kitchen counter top.
Laundry and Wifi is free and included in the rent.
Gas and electricity is extra. (Not much because it’s only % of the bill for each person.)
Bedroom door can be locked from the inside.
