looking for a few roommates interested in the Aurora/ centennial area, located near quincy and s reservoir rd, for a communal living situation. There are a few options. Theres a smaller room for $/mo. It's about ft² and has its own double wide closets, but has a shared walk-in space in the hall as well. There's also a master suite of ft², available for $/mo, which has a large private bathroom and huge walk-in closet. Last theres a 1 br "apartment" in the basement for $/mo. It's ft², has its own kitchen, and seperate entry if youd prefer. All options pay an equal share of utilities (about $/mo). Pet-friendly for friendly pets, -friendly, tobacco outdoors. There's also secure storage lockers in the garage, and space for bicycles/motorcycles, vehicle maintenance and various projects. The house itself is about ft² and communal areas are large and abundant. You're welcome to contribute to the set up and decor of the place. Everyone could set up their own living room if so inclined, and the main kitchen is a beast. I already have most cooking necessities and furniture, but there's plenty of space to bring your own or build up your own collection while here. It's definitely a place to grow for all tenants. Backyard is promising, with an elevated deck and ground floor patio. If you're into gardening/growing, its a fantastic space. Between my own equipment and what was left here, you could give the hobby a try on the cheap.

It's currently myself and a young single-mother. Her child is here about half the time. Esthetics don't mean much to me compared to someone's values and personality. Id prefer roommates that could come together with friendship potential, but theres also enough space and options here for the die-hard introvert that prefers sticking to themselves. "Move-in fee"? Its a security deposit, you'll get it back if you leave the place in similar condition.
