The home is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 7 minutes from downtown Phoenix, minutes from downtown Scottsdale, and minutes from downtown Tempe. It offers easy access to major highways, being just 5 minutes from major Interstates and highways.
