Looking for a person to take over my lease in the Liv apartments, located at Bell Street North. -I am moving out to a closer place to my work. She has a very friendly cat named hazel. Looking for someone clean and responsible -Rent is $, hydro not included. The lease is month to month and upon moving in first and last will be required.

The apartment is less than a minute walk to the train station and near multiple bus stops. It is also about a 5 minute walk from little Italy. The roommate is , has a cat, and teaches music lessons. She loves reality TV, music, and working out. She wants someone who’s respectful and clean. She works a lot and is usually not home.
