Cozy little trailer. Looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and is very considerate of utility cost. The unit does not have air conditioning. Must be okay with month-to-month. No additional furniture allowed. Cleaning check done for the first 3 months to make sure you are respecting the unit. Idea for someone who needs just a few months, temporary living, transitional living.
