Considering the space is not yet heavily furnished. You’ll be encouraged to lightly decorate the space given to you and provide any additional comforts you may require to better your stay. You will also be required to provide proper maintenance and upkeep within the residence. (UNTIDINESS, MESS AND UNCLEAN BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED)

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: This is a TEMPORARY rental occupancy from the beginning month of January til the Ending month of December deposit is required. Middle of the month admissions are accepted. (FOOD & PERSONNEL HYGIENE SUPPLIES ARE NOT PROVIDED!!!!)
