At twelve by fourteen feet the room has lots of space with big windows overlooking the street. The room also has a foot home office attached and a sizable closet. All hardwood floors throughout the house and we are on the second floor of a 2 story house. I will remove all furniture upon finding a roommate. My partner will be going to a residency in September for 9 months so I will free up the room when they move. Please be okay with living with our small cat. We are looking for a like minded, relaxed roommate to join me for the year while my partner is away. Thank you.
