Available for rent in 3 bedroom family home is a private room, half furnished. Comes with large antique dresser/vanity, other cabinet can be moved out if needed. Additional furniture (desk and chair, bed w/frame, bookshelf, tv) available if needed. Length of lease negotiable.

Currently being used as storage for myself in the closet. As soon as the room is rented out, ALL personal belongings will be removed from the room

Asking $ per month, includes all water, electric, gas, and WiFi bills. VERY central area minutes south of downtown

Property is managed by cats and an axolotl. Very eclectic and bright decor throughout the house.

Comes with access to kitchen, common areas, utility room, bathroom, sprawling back yard. No pets preferred, my cats are anxious around other animals.
