I have lived in this apartment for a few years and my roommates are moving out (one moving for grad school and the other to move into Manhattan), so I am looking for someone who is employed, friendly, easy-going, and likes to keep common areas clean. I typically commute every day for work and would prefer to have someone who does not work from home full-time (hybrid is fine.)

I work as a Data Scientist, as does the other roommate. We are very clean, enjoy interior decoration, and mainly keep to ourselves/hang in our rooms or the living room in the evenings, and really enjoy music (bonus points if you like Adrianne Lenker and/or Black Country, New Road).

I also have a cat! So must be ok with sharing space with a little ginger cat. I would prefer no other pets, but if you also have a cat that is generally chill and could acclimate to another cat we can discuss.
