I have a fully furnished home. I have a peaceful room available in the the heart of Parker. Rent is due the first of the month through Zelle. The first month's rent and security deposit are due at signing.

If you have anymore questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. We currently are not accepting dogs or cats at this time. One of the roomies does have a pet allergy.

Price includes everything especially a cleaning lady.
