Hello! I am renting out the first floor of my 3-story townhome which is located inside the perimeter near the borders of Smryna and Vinings. The room is now available for move-in, due to previous experiences I am only renting to individual tenants at this time (no couples, please.)

This first floor private bedroom has sound-proofed door’s and is furnished with a bed, brand new sheets and toppers, two nightstands, a dresser, a bookshelf and a side table, and a K Samsung smart TV. The room features high ceilings, a sizeable closet and a lot of natural light, and there is even a private patio attached to the bedroom where you can start a garden if you’d like. The space also includes a private full bathroom and adjacent (shared) laundry facilities. You have access to a large amount of cupboard space in the kitchen and a full range of appliances. Rent includes utilities.

I am a film director and editor, and I also work as a videographer for The American Cancer Society. I love all things film, music, and art and especially enjoy being outside when I can. I do own cats—they’re the friendliest, attention-neediest creatures if you have an open lap and hands to spare for head scratches—but because of that I ask the tenant not have pets. I am open to any gender and am LGBTQ+ friendly.

I am considerate, communicative and clean and I’d appreciate my tenant holding those same values—if you prefer to keep to yourself I can respect any boundaries, but I’m always down shoot the breeze on a lazy evening. Background check, proof of income, and a refundable security deposit required. I look forward to meeting you!
