Cable TV, Internet WiFi, Electric and washer & dryer included with the rent. Washer and dryer available. Our ideal roommate has a normal job, someone that is well spoken, responsible, considerate and respectful and does not smoke or do drugs. One that does not have kids, and that would not bring friends and partners to hang out. We have a small Papillion pup that is very friendly.
