I'm a SWM, christian theology morals and beliefs. I have no kids, I'm a non-smoker, non drinker, no drug usage, and no criminal history. I'm an electrician, and I work for the DOD full time. I live a very healthy lifestyle, and I'm very physically active, with snowboarding, hiking, and mountain boarding, amongst other activities.

I'm looking for a non-party type room to rent with a bathroom and access to a laundry room. I'm very clean and organized. Ideally, I'm looking for a year lease, but that's negotiable. I do work a lot with my schedule, so I won't be home that much.
