My name is Ema and I live with my husband Parker. Both of us are current undergrad psychology majors at TAMU. We are looking for a roommate to fill an unfurnished room in the house we live in! The house itself is furnished, however the bedroom is not. The furniture in the pictures is very different from our current furniture/decor. The bedroom included in the photos is the one available for rent, and it is unfurnished despite the photos. All of the information will be listed below and I’ll add my phone number as well so I’m easier to contact since I don’t receive many notifications from my messenger. I’m more than willing to do a tour or take more pictures.

-Rent: $+ utilities (usually ranging from $)
-Lease: months (August-August)
-Distance from Campus: minutes (depending on where on campus)
-Nearby stores: HEB, Aldi’s, Target, and Walmart.
-Appliances: Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, and Fridge.
-Bathroom is located outside of the room, but it is unshared and has lots of storage.

We do have 2 cats, and would prefer no dogs. There is a pet deposit if you do wish to bring a pet.
