You’ll have your own private bathroom, and both rooms are south-facing, letting in tons of natural light and overlooking our charming courtyard. The townhome itself is spacious, with a total area of square feet. The kitchen, dining room, and laundry space are shared. You’ll also get to enjoy two lovely outdoor spaces: a front porch and a back courtyard. Plus, there's storage available in the basement, and you’ll find on-street parking right in front of the townhome.

Now, a little about me! I’m in my s and have been lucky enough to call the metro area home since . I've lived in several states, but I grew up in the charming state of Wisconsin. By day, I work in retail, but in my free time, you can find me volunteering at the Denver Botanic Gardens—both at York Street and Chatfield Farms. I’m part of the DBG Herb Guild, where I get to plant and harvest some terrific herbs at Chatfield. I also dabble in container gardening and can often be found reading on the front porch or back patio. I have an adorable cat named Doolittle who might be a little shy, but he’s just the sweetest!
