Spacious Room with Gas/Internet (mbps)/Water included, with optional bed and mattress in room, Room includes its own detached bathroom, and spacious deep closet. Unit does not include parking spot or garage.

Condo is recently renovated with modern cabinets, sleek furniture; I have hung up art throughout the condo. Living room includes “ smart TV with sound bar. Unit includes dishwasher, stove, washer/dryer. Very close to Downtown and central in San Diego. Walking distance to Golden Hill Park; restaurant/cafes/groceries. Condo is gated and has security cameras as well as mail room.

Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

a yr old professional white collar male who recently purchased the condo. I work m-f, I socially drink on occasion, am very clean with my own belongings and respectful of noise. I am unfortunately allergic to cats but open to having a dog move in (please note due to job I cannot reliably assist with taking them out on weekdays.) LGBT Friendly. Friendly but cannot smoke within the condo.

For my leisure time I either work out, play games, read, watch shows, go for walks, hang out with friends. into story telling (used to play dungeons and dragons), finding new spotify music, going out for live music, traveling etc.
