Looking for roommate to sign lease

Hi all,
I'm moving to Boston from Chicago for a new job and looking for a roommate with whom to sign a lease. I virtually toured the place I have in mind and I can share the video on request. I'll be working in Back Bay so commute via the T is essential. Here's a few things about the place:

- Rent is depending on what floor of the building you get. Higher the floor, higher the rent.

- It's a full bath apartment. All the utilities except electricity are included in the rent.

- Parking is usually $/mon but the leasing company is willing to provide 2 parking spots if we lease the lease in March

- It has a great balcony and ample natural light.

About me: I'm a professional in mid-s and fun loving person. I love to travel and might be travelling for work often. I like to be super-clean (I clean for fun) and keep things organised. I do like to cook and would be cooking almost daily.
