A month ALL UTILITIES N CABLE WIFI INCLUDED..house has pool table seperate full size refrigerator/freezer to share with other housemate in family room kitchenette area and use of main kitchen..lots of driveway parking ' ceilings fireplace new washer n dryer use of family room patio yard overlooking acre of peaceful land house is super clean and nicely decorated patio has 2nd dining table gas firepits grill other seating areas spa .all rooms in house have smart cable tv's and in Seperate areas of house for privacy...always have long term 3+ yrs no one ever wants to move unless job relocation ..The $.A month room has full size canopy bed fully nicely decorated with desk, 2 closets, dressers, smart tv with comcast cable, window seat .. share a large bathroom with 1 other housemate ( contact me for any more info or pictures...must love large dog's my 2 great danes passed away recently to help with grieving their loss I started dog sitting to fill the void of missing them. Sometimes at my home n sometimes at their homes..I have regular customers that knew me n my dog's.. I live alone n keep busy doing my own thing..I'm hoping for a long term housemate again that has a car n work's out of the house ..the one month security deposit can be made in $. monthly payments to make the move in cost a little easier.. I'm only 1 light east of n Gatlin blvd exit for easy travel..PLEASE NO KID'S, DRUG'S ( My kid's are local cops) NO PET'S, Smoking, vaping, no extra storage or use of garage
