Looking for roommate near Full Sail

Description

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting in May. The lease ends in August, but you will have an opportunity to renew.

I have a roommate, so you would be living with him. We're both clean people, so we would prefer if you had clean habits - at least in the common areas.

You would technically be added to the lease, so you won't have to pay a deposit. However, you will need to go through the formal application process, which costs a small fee. If you are interested, please let me know, and I can set you up with the application.

The condo will be partially furnished, but I'm moving out of state and taking some furniture with me. There will be a couch and coffee table.

You will need to split power/internet.

You would be renting the master bedroom, which includes a walk-in closet and private bathroom. I'm including photos from zillow because I don't want to take pictures of my room since I'm still living in it.

The condo is in a good location, the complex borders the Full Sail University campus. It's about a twenty minute drive from UCF, and it's close to colonial.
