Private Room For Rent

Hello! I am a student wanting a lease take over for my apartment as I will no longer be here from May 1st (also open to subleasing, send me a message to talk about it). No security deposit is required to move in! I have a shared apartment with my amazing roommate, but she won’t be here in the summer, so the apartment is only yours! This apartment does have your own private room, private bathroom, and private closet. It comes completely furnished with a desk, chair, bed, and dresser. The only shared space is the living room/kitchen area, as well as the laundry space (which is in-unit!). The lease take over will be from May to July. This apartment comes with my own personal mattress (on top of the one that is already included with the apartment) that I had previously, feel free to do with those whatever you see fit (i.e. sell, use, throw it out, etc)! There is also a bus stop right outside the apartment complex, about a three minute walk from the apartment building. We are located only a walking distance from Eastern Michigan University, and about a minute bus ride or minute car drive from the University of Michigan central campus.
