Looking for FEMALE ROOMATE Only. Looking to live somewhere in the Valley. Woodland Hills being my top choice since I’ve lived there before but I’m also open to Thousand Oaks, Calabasas , Sherman Oaks, Agoura Hills, Encino, Tarzana, etc. I’ll be commuting to work in Malibu. Ideally I would love to be friends with my roommate. My last roommate and I got super close and it was such a nice experience. But I am also good with just being roommates and keeping more to myself as long as mutual respect and kindness is at the center 😊. Budget ideally no more than $ with utilities, less would be amazing! Some cool places in Woodland Hills that would be $ each before utilities. A little about me. I have been an elementary teacher and party princess in Texas for the past 2 years. I grew up in Austin, TX but went to university in CA. I am actually moving back to CA for a very cool job opportunity with my university.
A few of my likes: I love to travel (I moved away from LA the first time to nanny abroad in France). I should actually be doing quite a bit of traveling with this new job as I help recruit students from abroad. This means I am always down for fun little day trips/adventures. 🤪I love Disney (if being a party princess didn’t give that away lol 😂 my classroom also happened to be Tangled themed so I also love a good theme) I love Harry Potter, the Office, and just watching movies and shows in general. It is definitely one of my number one ways to relax. And yes I am aware my fandoms are cliche. I am also a Taylor Swift fan😅 so I guess I’m basic but I swear I’m fun! I also love doing arts andcrafts,baking ,writing, and just making things in general. My absolute favorite thing though is spending time with my friends and family.
