Description

Looking for a roommate for a bath avail now though very flexible on timing for someone that is a good fit. It is a 1 year lease until Feb . I lived here since December and my roommate will be leaving and want to keep the space. Laundry is coin-operated ( dry) in the complex. Quiet safe area with a spot for parking behind and plenty of street parking. Includes Parking, Laundry, Fridge, A/C, Dishwasher and Microwave.
Has Ceiling Fans and Wet Bar. Close to Westwood, UCLA, Shopping, Restaurants and Grocery all walking distance.
I'm a y.o. male working full time and looking for someone similar working. I don't drink or do drugs, social and quiet and respectful in my spaces, and try to keep things pretty clean.
Working on adding a dining room table+chairs. Happy to find a time to set up a viewing. The complex does require proof of income, a contract, and a dollar application.
