Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my lease in a ba household. It's a huge private unfurnished bedroom upstairs and a shared bathroom downstairs with one of the male roommates. Rent is $/mo. and SDGE & water are not included.
The house has a nice big backyard, with washer and dryer in the hallway. You'd be living with 6 other people (F) and one cat. Good pantry space and fridge space as there are two refrigerators.
Room is available on Feb. until the lease ends in July .
