1 bedroom, office, and garage!

Description

I am looking for a roommate for a room in a bath house in Clairemont (specifically, the BayHo neighborhood- 4
miles to the beach). I just use one of the bedrooms. You can also use the garage for projects or to park your car (if you have 2 cars, there is space for 2 as well in the driveway). And the third room can also be used as your office or we could make it a guest bedroom. Rent would be $ plus half utilities ($ internet plus around $ for SDGE depending).

The place is lovely! It has a HUGE backyard with a firepit, and 2 large side yards. One side is a covered carport where I teach yoga times per week. You are welcome to join! There is a vegetable garden with raised beds. I just planted Tomatoes, eggplant, parsley, chard, squash, and more! You can plant what you want as well! There is also a lemon and lime tree.

I am a working professional who works mostly from home and I also teach yoga. I have a very cute orange 7 year old cat as well, so I am hoping you will love him as much as I do!

I am looking for someone who also has a professional job, who doesn’t wear shoes in the house, and who will split chores with me! Haha
