Subleasing my room

Description

I am thinking of subleasing my room in a 2-bedroom apartment at Breckenridge. It is the larger room, complete with a spacious walk-in closet and its own bathroom. I am looking for a female roommate only. Please note that the apartment has pets, but they will be vacating the premises with me. The current roommate does request that whoever takes over not have any pets. $ is the base then water, power, and wifi are split between both tenants.
