It’s furnished with a queen size bed, large dresser, closet and two nightstands. $ monthly rent includes utilities and internet. Free access to the kitchen, washer, dryer, living and entertainment area. Parking is no problem on the street. We are near highways . Our home is located on a quiet and nice neighborhood in the hills of Silver Creek in South San Jose. It’s a Mediterranean style, bedroom, four full bathroom with square feet of living space. Our large backyard has two gazebos filled with succulents where you can view the city and the mountains We are looking for someone who is clean and trustworthy No smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests, no pets. We require $ one month rent and $ deposit.
