Looking for Room to Rent

Greetings,
My name is Eric Pigeon and I’m looking for a room for rent. I am a full-time working professional in the HVAC industry so Mon-Fri, I’m early to bed and early to rise. I’ve been in my current position with my company for 4 years now. I have one cat, Luna. She is spayed, uses a cat box, and is very calm and quiet much like me. In my free time I play music in a top cover band. We mainly play at casinos in the surrounding areas of Sacramento. When I practice, I use headphones, so that volume is of no concern.
