Subleasing Furnished Room for 2mo

Hi everyone! I am looking to sublet my place starting Jan . I live in La Jolla at the Villa La Jolla apartment complex; which includes on premise laundry as well as a gym, 2 hot tubs and pools. I live about a miles away from Windansea beach, and our apartment also boasts panoramic ocean and sunset views. I have one female roommate who works from home but also goes on a lot of trips, so she is rarely around as well. We have one Scottish straight cat who is very sweet and friendly.

The space:
The master bedroom which has vaulted ceilings as well as an ocean view. The bed is an Alaskan King Size (biggest size bed) and very comfy. You will have access to store things in my closet which is a walk in and also have a private bathroom. The common areas include kitchen, living room and balcony all having ocean views.
The complex itself is very quiet and you can also have access to the parking garage for one vehicle if you would like. My rent is $/mo. + utilities, but if you would like to rent for both months I will take $ off :) Seriously inquiries only please!
