I rent a room twenty
minutes from downtown by car. According to the terms of my contract, I have the right to add one more person for two hundred dollars, provided they pass a background check. A parking spot is available for an additional fifty. According my contract I can allow to stay anyone in my place up to 3 days for thirty dollars. Each day cost ten dollars. This is a quiet, private complex. I have two housemates who are Mexican, and each of them has their own separate room. I don't speak Spanish, and we just say hello to each other. We can meet and get to know each other. You can stay here for up to 3 days for thirty dollars and decide whether you want to stay here or not.
