Description

Private room that fits a queen size bed with a closet and balcony access from room. Will have its own restroom for the most part. Utilities are included but will vary during the summer depending on usage.

Looking for the following roommate:

- quite
- considerate
- light cooking
- none smoker
- respectful
- has common sense
- wants to live in quite safe space
- single occupancy (no guest allowed/ no exceptions)

- parking is available for an additional fee but parking is available on the street if you don’t want your own parking space inside the property
