Hello all! I’m Jay I’m , and my old roommate is moving out by December th so I have a room opening up on in RP/RB.

The rent is between depending on what we negotiate (large or small room, reserved parking/open lot parking). Parking is plentiful. In-Unit laundry and dishwasher. I have three cats, they are very sweet and friendly, but a bit shy. I personally pay for internet and electricity, so all I ask for is rent and respect. Look forward to hearing from any interested parties! Open to military/students/couples/parent+child.

The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, tennis court, barbecue grills (propane included), and gym.
