Subleasing a room

Hi :)) I am looking for a girl to take over my lease at The Rive (
El Cajon Blvd) from January to July. The rent is $ per month per person plus utilities. The room is a shared room + bathroom with a divider between the two beds. There are 6 people in total in the apartment ( apartment) and the kitchen, living room, and balcony are shared. The apartment complex is a min walk from the SDSU campus and a 5 minute drive. The Rive has two outdoor pools, a fitness studio, a common room/ study area, fire pit/grill area, and a free shuttle to campus. Everything besides the utilities is included in the rent. Supermarkets, pharmacy and other shops are within walking distance. You have the option to renew the lease if you want to stay longer than July. If you are interested please contact me
