I work part time in the adul/fetish industry and something film at home. Want a roommate that is comfortable with it and even better if you are a content creator as well. If not just be okay with my lifestyle and job. Openminded roommates only here. I also work in the legal industry part time so some morning i wake up very early and some nights go to sleep at like pm.

You get 2 rooms and own bathroom for a jacknjill type setup. Perfect for someone who works from home and needs an office. Rooms are about ten x eleven and ten x thirteen approximately. I take the one Master room. Rent is before utilities. Very safe neighborhood with no HOA.

Please be responsible, clean and not into hard drugs. aok! No cigs in inside. Vape is ok.

I have a large puppy who would love a friend if you have a pup too. Cats not so much. Sorry
Big gamer boy here and also Dj as a hobby in case you want to learn how to spin. Mostly a homebody but enjoy hiking with my pup and going out with friends from time to time. I greatly enjoy this house so I do like to hang out here when not working.
