The home is owner occupied (myself) and I have 2 dogs and a cat, there is one other roommate (male)...all friendly but no more room for any pets. My living space is on the opposite side of the house. The bathroom is shared with the other roommate. The house itself is month minimum lease period, move in is one months rent as first, and security deposit.
