Hi! I'm Jake. I am the owner of this .5 bathroom house in a safe, private area located in the heart of South Euclid not far from Notre Dame College, John Carroll, and the Cleveland hospital systems. I am renting out the two bedrooms on the first floor, which includes a very large full bathroom, den/workspace, large living room, and an updated spacious, shared kitchen with all new appliances. I am years old and am looking for people to live with who are friendly and positive! It will be just me. There is one other grad student studying engineering in through February, but this the two bedrooms downstairs will be available by March! I want someone to feel at home with this house and I want to enjoy living with them. I believe I am pretty easy to live with, as I mostly just work, exercise, read, and hang with family/friends. I completely updated the interior by putting in all new luxury vinyl flooring, all new appliances, and more. Practically everything is new. The price is $ for the two bedrooms plus a flat fee of $ for ALL utilities including internet, gas, electric, parking, water, sewer, landscaping, snowplow, etc. I do background check which shows income, credit, and criminal history.
