Private room with shared bathroom

We have a furnished room with a shared bathroom available for you. Month to month lease. There’s a cat in the house. $ monthly +$ in utilities. The rent is on the lower side due to the central location and will be living mostly with only 1 more person. Great for Work from home, there’s an ultra high speed internet 1 gbps speed. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Public transportation 5 minutes walk to bus stop that connects most of denver. Street parking available. You will be sharing the house only with 1 more person because I live outside most of the year. 1 month security required. Background and credit check will vary by the type of employment and may not be needed for STEM students with proof of admission and funds, or working in medical field, schools, government jobs.

There’s a heated patio and fireplace outside. A game room in the basement with a treadmill for running , board games and ping pong. Utilities include central AC/heat , washer / dryer, water, electricity, 1 gbps internet, Netflix , YouTube & Amazon prime in the big TV and in your room. There’s also extra refrigerator and microwave in your room. There’s a very friendly cat in the house. Friendly cats and small (cat sized) dogs ok but large dogs are not allowed unfortunately at this moment. Bedrooms are lockable with non duplicated keys. Swimming pool (June-September ) key requires $ in security deposit and $ per month.

Proof of income required. Looking for a clean person who can take care of shared space. If you need extra heat or window AC please add $ per month. The temperature of the living room is set to through out the year and can’t be changed. After few months we can change the lease to yearly for a good fit. Central location zip code minutes from Target, Walmart, King Scoopers, Kohls by car. 8 minutes to Cherry Creek, minutes to downtown with no traffic. DM or / call .
