Sublease room January-July

JANUARY LEASE:
Hey! I am looking for a person to sublease my room space in a double shared bedroom (semi-private) at The Rive from January- July. I will be moving out on December st. Rent is $, including valet trash, Internet, and water. Electricity is billed separately. The apartment includes an in-unit washer/dryer, fully furnished, with new appliances, a balcony, valet trash, TV, couch, island chairs, AC unit, and ceiling fans in each room. I can also leave the stuff that I bought which include: plates, pans, glasses, dishes, sheets, pillows, lamp, bathroom supplies etc..
Additional amenities on the include 2 pools, clubhouse, study rooms, gym, mail room, Amazon locker, and a shuttle that takes you to and from SDSU campus.
