I’m looking for someone to rent a bedroom with a shared bathroom. You would be replacing me on the lease. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located behind Seminole State College in Altamonte Springs. Enjoy two swimming pools, a nice fitness center that hosts Zumba and salsa classes, and food trucks every week! The community is gated and very quiet. The two other rooms are occupied by two nice guys. There are also two friendly dogs in the apartment. The rent with utilities per month is approximately the amount listed on the ad.
