Hi! I’m looking for a subletter for my room in a newly renovated apartment at GrandMarc at the Corner, available as soon as possible. Our apartment was just renovated this year with brand new furniture throughout, including:
• All living room and kitchen furniture.
• Dishwasher, new cabinets, and appliances.
• New beds, bed frames, desks, chairs, dressers, carpet.
• New shower heads, toilets, towel bars.

The apartment is fully furnished, has a spacious kitchen, in-unit laundry, a living room, balcony, and walk-in closets. Rent is $ per month (utilities included, excluding electricity), and parking is available for an additional $ per month.

The location is perfect, just a -minute walk to campus! My roommates are all friendly, second-year students, and the apartment is clean, well-kept, and a great place to live.
