Room for Sublease!

Hi!! I'm looking for someone to sublease my room starting in early December. The lease goes until late July and the rent is $/ month. I am trying to move out of Wilmington for a job so let me know if you are interested! The room has its own walk-in closet, bathroom, and high ceilings. It's part of a bath apartment on the third floor with a spacious patio. My other 2 roommates are female students and pet friendly. I've lived here for over a year and a half and never had any issues.
