I am looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and responsible to share a -bath home with me and my children, who are only here a few days each month. The house is located in the quiet and beautiful Candelas neighborhood in Arvada, built in . You will have full access to the community’s two pools and is a 5-minute drive away (see pictures), and the other is just a 2-minute walk from the house.

There are two bedrooms available for you to choose from (pictured). You’ll have your own private bathroom, garage parking spot, and full access to the rest of the house. The kitchen features double ovens, a gas cooktop, a large refrigerator, and plenty of cooking accessories you’re welcome to use. Additionally, there are two chest freezers in the unfinished basement. The basement offers plenty of storage space as well if needed. There is also a washer and dryer in the house.

A bit about me: I’m a -year-old professional who works from home most of the time. I have three children who visit every other weekend and join me for dinner on Wednesdays. I also have a friendly Border Collie named Kai. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, long drives through the mountains, and spending time with my kids.
