Looking for room for Fall 26

Hello, I am looking for a room to live in from September 2025 to December 2025 with the potential to extend?
For now, I am unsure where I want to live, but somewhere that is commutable via public transport (no car) to Framingham State University (I don't mind if commute takes up to 1hr). I am looking for somewhere that is comfortable and warming, and not too stressful in dynamic. I am conscious of being eco-friendly and budget-friendly. I am comfortable living with people of pretty much all ages, including families. I also prefer somewhere that is semi or fully furnished as I am unsure of length of stay.
My budget is $800 including utilities, which I recognize is a bit low for certain areas, hence I am hoping I can live somewhere that is in a cheaper area but also commutable. I don't need a very big room, as I am fairly petite and don't have a whole lot of stuff.
I am a quiet but sociable individual who is currently doing a Masters degree at FSU. I consider myself mindful and respectful of others, as I have had a lot of experiences living in all sorts of settings with various groups of people. I am studious in school, but on the side, I enjoy dancing and crocheting. I am okay with pets, but do not have any myself. I do not smoke, drink, or do any drugs, and I cannot live in a place that allows smoking.
