I have two bedrooms I am renting out that share a bathroom. Then, we share the rest of the house together. I’m huge on not have a dorm style living, but rather living like it’s a home. No furniture is required, the rooms are fully furnished. Price includes all utilities. I do have a German shepherd dog who is super nice. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana allowed in the house.
