Hey There!

I’m Rahul, a software engineer at Robert Bosch, looking for a laid-back roommate to share my B apartment in Novi, available from September.

I’m pretty easygoing—quiet but social—and I just moved into this Bath apartment in Saddle Creek, Novi. You’ll have your own attached bathroom, which offers a bit of extra privacy. The place is mostly furnished, and I’ll be adding some final touches over the next few weeks.

The apartment is a spacious square feet, located on the second floor. It’s in a peaceful community, away from the hustle and bustle, with lots of greenery and scenic views. Saddle Creek is a well-balanced, diverse community that’s clean, pet-friendly, and welcoming to all.

The layout of the apartment, known as the ‘Blue Ribbon,’ is a standout feature. Both bedrooms are almost identical in size, which is a rare find—it’s perfect if you prefer equality in space. The balcony is another highlight; it overlooks the tennis courts, volleyball court, swimming pool, and clubhouse. You get a lively view without sacrificing your privacy since it’s on a higher level. I’m someone who enjoys a quiet, peaceful setting, but I also like to stay connected to a vibrant environment. This setup gives you the best of both worlds.

On the opposite side of the apartment, there’s a serene green meadow, ideal for when you want to unwind, meditate, or just enjoy some “me time.” It’s a perfect spot to relax and recharge.

Now, while I’m open to anyone, I have a strong feeling that having a female roommate might create a more balanced and harmonious living environment. It’s just an intuition, but I believe it could make for a more pleasant home life. I’m flexible about the rent, and I’m also open to short-term stays, so we can discuss what works best for both of us.
