I'm a -year-old father of two — an -year-old who's off to college and a -year-old who lives with his mom in Parker. With my youngest heading to college, I'm looking to downsize and find a place closer to my older son so I can easily spend time with him.

I've been a resident of the Parker area since ' and was a homeowner until my divorce. I work as a sales professional, which provides a stable income. I also have a girlfriend, with whom I spend % of my time at her place. I'm often on the move whether skiing, traveling for pleasure or business so I'd only be home about % of the time, making me a considerate and low-impact housemate.

I'm looking for:

- A "Mother-in-Law" or "Basement Unit" with a separate entrance and access to garage parking.
- An unfurnished space is ideal, as I have furniture for a bedroom, living room, and all kitchen essentials. I'd just need access to a fridge, microwave, and sink since I have an air fryer and toaster oven.
- I have a laid-back cat named Stella, who manages herself with an automatic feeder, waterer, and litter box.

I am flexible with these requirements and open to compromise for the right living situation. We could arrange a video chat or an in-person meeting if that's more convenient. My current lease ends on September th, so I'm eager to find a new place before then.
