We back to wetlands and a walking trail. Our neighborhood has a park, basketball court, and tennis court. All utilities are included. I currently have one room furnished, but can also remove the furniture if the renter has no need for it. I love cooking, gardening, hanging out in my hot tub. and listening to music. The guest suite downstairs is currently available and I would also consider renting the jack and jill bathroom as a private bath option for 950 per month. Bedroom #3 will be available July 1st.
