Hello, I am looking for a girl to take my lease over at the Brexx (formerly known as the Retreat) for the Spring semester. The house is a Rutherford style. I am subleasing a private bedroom and bathroom that is fully furnished. The rent is $ a month plus utilities. When living here, you will get access to a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, golf simulator, study rooms, etc. It is also a short walk to the Belknap campus!
