I own a bath house with a fully fenced in yard in the north Orlando area close to Altamonte Springs! You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom! Rent would be $/month which includes wifi and lawncare! Electric & Water will be split! The room in unfurnished so you may decorate it however you like! The third room is a guest bedroom/ office, another desk can fit in it if you have one! Ideally I am looking for another professional who is in their late s who is clean, also has to wake up early for work, friendly, likes dogs, and is communicative!
